Terms and Conditions:
- You will receive a free demo class from our tutor to experience our services and decide if you want to continue with us. The demo class will last for 30 minutes.
- After the demo class, you will receive an email from us asking for your feedback and satisfaction. If you are satisfied with the demo class, you can choose a monthly plan that suits your needs. You will also receive an invoice for the payment of the monthly plan.
- You need to pay the invoice in advance and within two days of receiving it to secure your spot for the month. If you fail to pay the invoice within the specified time, your booking will be canceled and your spot will be given to another student.
- You can book your monthly classes for the next month before the end of the current month. You will receive a new invoice for the payment of the next month’s plan. You need to pay the invoice in advance and within two days of receiving it to continue your classes for the next month.
- You need to follow the schedule and attend the classes on time. If you have any questions or concerns about the schedule, you can contact us by email or phone.
- We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we have a strict cancellation policy that you need to be aware of. If you cancel a class, If a child misses the classes, then it will be considered as canceled. In case of extreme emergency, if child misses one class in 3 months, then it will be rescheduled in the end month of year in December month during from 20th Dec to 30th December. There will be no refund for any canceled classes. You need to inform us at least 24 hours before the class if you want to cancel it.
- At the end of the month, you will receive a progress report that summarizes the topics covered in each class and the feedback from the tutor. This will help you evaluate your learning outcomes and identify your areas of improvement. You can also share your feedback and suggestions with us to help us improve our services.
